Via a winding road you drive down to our villa. Here you can see Sous le bois from a distance in the quiet valley. Just cross a small bridge and you can park your car at the end of this dead end street. The building itself is about 200 meters from the street, peace and safety guaranteed for the kids. Take a moment here to absorb everything. On the one hand you look out on the river Aisne, on the other hand a hiking trail passes through the endless green landscape. You only hear the sound of the babbling river and the singing birds. There is peace here. No further than 500 meters you used to have a cave that was used to store ice blocks. The meat was cooled in the summer. Today it is the suitable hiding place for a colony of bats.
